MOODY'S UPGRADES THREE J.G. WENTWORTH
STRUCTURED SETTLEMENT TRANSACTIONS
New York, March 30, 2004 — Moody's Investors Service announced
today that it has upgraded the first three structured settlement
transactions that were sponsored by JG Wentworth in 1997 and 1998. These
upgrades reflect the better than expected performance of the pool and
the build-up of credit enhancement relative to expected future losses
for the pools.
The complete rating action was as follows:
- SSC Master Trust I, $22,941,412 Class A Series 1997-1, upgraded
from A2 to Aa3
- JG Wentworth Receivables III LLC, $23,860,889 Class A Series
1997-A, upgraded from A2 to Aa3
- JG Wentworth Receivables III LLC, $38,964,799 Class A Series
1998-1, upgraded from A1 to Aa3
Approximately $85.8 Million of Asset Backed Securities Affected
