NetBank Provides Customers
Online Access to Free
Personalized Financial Plan

NetBank has launched a financial planning service designed especially to serve consumers with up to $1 million in investable assets. The service is available for free to any NetBank personal banking customer.

"Financial planning shouldn't be reserved only for millionaires," said Eve McDowell, chief sales & customer fulfillment executive, NetBank. "There is a rapidly growing, highly desirable market segment of consumers who need help in setting and achieving important goals, like saving for a child's education, the long-term care of a family member or their own retirement. These individuals may not have the high level of wealth needed to receive cost-effective, personal service from large investment firms.

"Our market research shows that 78% of consumers today don't use a financial planner or advisor to assist them in growing their assets," McDowell concluded. "With our new service, we hope to reduce that percentage significantly over time."

NetBank's initial release of its financial planning service includes a Web-based, professional financial planning program. Some of the unique highlights of the service include:

-- Dynamic Financial Plan - As a customer experiences financial and life changes, they can access their plan online and update it accordingly.

-- Full Financial Relationship View - Using NetBank's account aggregation tool, customers can get a consolidated look at all of their financial accounts by viewing account information from non-NetBank accounts when logged into their NetBank account.

NetBank is licensing AdviceAmerica's WealthVision(TM) wealth planning software to power its solution.
